Driving Simulator

driven by a steering wheel, controlled by an iPad

This driving simulator is part of a larger interactive demo that challenges driver's multi-tasking capabilities. The virtual car is controlled by a physical steering wheel. The simulator sends statistics like speed, awareness and location to a remote iPad managed by a facilitator. The facilitator can dictate the car's location and surrounding environment to further challenge the user.

The digital cameras mapped to physical screens, so looking left/right, allowed you to see what was to your left/right in the virtual world.
